My Reporting Time is a simple tool made for cabin crew. Enter your reporting time and it tells you exactly when you need to be back in your accommodation to complete your minimum rest before duty.
Crew based in Doha who want a quick, reliable answer without spreadsheets or mental maths — especially on layover days when every hour of rest counts.
This app is an independent aid, not an official airline tool. Always follow your company's operations manual, roster, and crew control instructions. When in doubt, your airline's published rest requirements take precedence.
We take your reporting time and subtract your minimum rest (5:30, 9:00, or a custom value). The result is the latest time you should be back in your accommodation.
All calculations use Doha time (GMT+3), since reporting happens from Doha. Your phone's timezone does not affect the result — what you see is Doha time.
These reflect the two common minimum rest systems. Choose the one that applies to your duty, or set a custom value if your requirement differs.
Saved flights and your theme choice are stored on your device only. There are no accounts and nothing is uploaded.
Choose Apple Calendar for the iPhone's built-in calendar, or Google Calendar if that's what you use. If neither opens, use Copy details and paste it anywhere.
Nothing personal. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, and no forms. Reporting times you enter are processed on your device to show your result.
Saved flights, recent times, and your theme preference are stored locally on your device so the app remembers them between visits. Deleting them in the app removes them.
This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show ads and measure performance. You can manage ad personalisation in your Google settings at adssettings.google.com. We do not share any data with advertisers ourselves — we never have it in the first place.
We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate visit counts to understand usage. No profiles are built on individual users.
