You are most likely viewing this file inside a preview window (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive). Those previews block the code that builds the report, so the page comes up empty.

To view it properly:

1. Download the file to your computer (don't open it in the preview).
2. Find it in your Downloads folder.
3. Double-click it — it will open in Chrome or Edge and display fully.

If the report loads but the ad images are blank, your network is blocking the image server. The text, numbers and analysis will still be accurate — only the thumbnails are affected.
